Returns Policy

We hope you love your Juno Jack's clothing, but should you need to make a return, we've made it as easy & flexible as we can (we understand hectic mum-life!) You can return all full priced items (not including personalised items) up to 45 days from receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Sale items must be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Please note - We cannot refund or exchange Outlet/Ready-Made items or products that have been made to your specific requirements such as embroidered garments. All items must be unworn with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. We recommend posting using Royal Mail (other couriers may not deliver to PO Box addresses) using a signed for service with proof of postage.

Return postage costs must be paid for by you.

Refunds

Should you wish to return your item/s for a refund, please follow the instructions on the despatch paperwork enclosed within your parcel. Once you've filled out the form, please enclose this in your parcel and return to the PO Box address at the bottom of the page using Royal Mail. Should you no longer have the paperwork, a note can be enclosed with your full name, order number and request to exchange/refund. The returns address is Juno Jack's Limited, PO BOX 2367 Salisbury, SP2 2NZ.

Items must be returned with tags attached and in an immaculate/unworn condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. We ask that you allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your return for this process to be completed. We will email you if we are unable to process/offer you a refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your bank card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

Please ensure you have fully completed the despatch form originally enclosed with your order and include this with your return. If you have misplaced this, please enclose a note confirming your name, order number and which item(s) and size(s) you wish to exchange. The address to send your return to is Juno Jack’s Limited, PO Box 2367, Salisbury, SP2 2NZ.

Please ensure this is sent using Royal Mail as many couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked to despatch orders. Royal Mail 24hr is also available for faster delivery for an extra £2. Postage costs are Free for UK orders over £60 and from £3.99 depending on the postage method chosen upon checkout.

Please note - The shipping method selected (24hr or 48hr) is the timescale that Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel in from when they collect if from our warehouse. This timescale is not guaranteed by Royal Mail and is from when your order has been despatched (not placed).

International shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. Please note you may incur additional customs charges - these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To return your product, you should post this to Juno Jack’s Limited, PO Box 2367, Salisbury, SP2 2NZ using Royal Mail.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for posting your new item to you (UK only). We do not offer exchanges for international orders.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We advise sending returns/exchanges to us by Royal Mail using a signed for service with proof of postage. Some couriers, such as Parcel Force do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Faulty Items

All care is taken when packing your items, however, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by sending an email to hello@junojacks.co.uk with a photo of the issue.

In most cases, we will need the item in question returned to us to fully investigate the fault with our manufacturer. If this is the case, please ensure the item is returned to us within 7 days of reporting the fault. Please contact us about any damage within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please send this to Juno Jack’s Limited, PO Box 2367, Salisbury, SP2 2NZ via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class postage (£3.35) with proof of postage. Once investigated, we will refund the £3.35 shipping costs to you and offer a replacement or a refund should a fault be present.
